Exchanges Overview:

At Furry Friends And Company, we aim to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase. We offer a straightforward exchange policy to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. Please note that we do not offer returns unless the product is defective.

Eligibility for Exchanges:

Items must be eligible for exchange within 10 days from the date the product is delivered. Items should be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and in the original packaging. We accept exchanges for items purchased directly from Furry Friends And Company. If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for their exchange policy.
Return & refunds are applicable only on defective products received.

Initiating an Exchange:

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps: Contact our customer support team at vkventuresgoa@gmail.com within 10 days of your products being delivered to request an Exchange. We will arrange for a reverse pickup for the product. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs, except in cases where the item received is damaged, incorrect, or defective. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Exchanges:

Exchanges will be processed upon receiving the returned item and subject to product availability.
If the item you wish to exchange for is of a different price, we will either refund the difference in the form of a credit note or request additional payment.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Non-Exchangable Items:
